this book will change your life.

life is an ongoing process of self-discovery. lately it feels like I am disconnected with everything and everyone around me. so I bought (this book will change your life almost a year ago), did the first four days, and totally forgot about it. I rediscovered it and I am inspired to do everything in the book and document everything through photographs.
